Timing

Every BooBoos charm is made to order and engraved in-house. Production plus delivery takes about two weeks. During holiday peaks, order early for birthdays, gotcha days, and memorial gifts.

Cost

Shipping is $22 flat to anywhere in the world, and free inside Thailand — that is where we make everything. The cost is shown in the bag before you pay.

Address

Orders are dispatched from Bangkok. Please check the delivery address carefully and include a phone number so the courier can reach you.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

That depends on where you are. Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are not included in what you pay us:

• Thailand — 7% VAT applies and is already included at checkout. No further charges.
• United States — customs and duties apply to orders above USD 800.
• United Kingdom — orders above GBP 135 are subject to 20% VAT, calculated on the total including the item, shipping and any insurance.
• Australia — customs and duties apply above AUD 1,000.
• European Union — VAT and duties are assessed on import; the courier usually collects them before delivery.
• Anywhere else — write to info@shinebooboos.com before you order and we will help you work it out.

Who pays them

BooBoos does not cover any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees. So that none of it is a surprise, we show you an estimate in the bag and again at checkout as soon as we know the delivery country — it is an estimate only: your own customs authority sets the final figure, and some couriers add a handling fee on top.

Refused or unpaid parcels

Every BooBoos charm is made to order and engraved for one pet, so a returned parcel cannot be restocked or resold — which means we are unable to refund orders that come back because customs charges were not paid. If it happens, write to us and we will do our best to arrange a re-delivery, though the courier may charge again for it. The kindest thing you can do for your future self is a quick check of your local threshold before ordering — the list above covers the common ones.

PromptPay orders

PromptPay payments are matched to the order reference and the exact amount. Thai customers upload the receipt after payment so the order can move into production.
